Latest update Nov 2023: Venue and dates have been announced for the 2024 Celtic Nations, taking place in Glasgow on April 20th and 21st.
First held in 2013, the Celtic Nations is an annual international quiz tournament held every April and contested between Ireland, Wales and Scotland.
Hosting of the tournament rotates between the three countries. The most recent tournament was held in Dublin in April 2022, and in 2023 Wales will host in Cardiff on 15/16 April.
The tournament takes place over 2 days and consists of various individuals, pairs and team quizzes. Anyone is welcome to come along and take part in the individual and pairs quizzes – participation in the teams quizzes is chosen by a selection panel and is mainly based on the Irish quiz rankings.
